As we already knew, Japan cracked the top list of one of the most visited destinations in the world. Strongly known for its distinctive culture with such unique blend of traditional and modern aesthetics, followed by many surprising list of things that makes Japan a fascinating country to experience. Even before our plan of going, honestly we had an interest in moving there, but deep down we knew it would only get us to a "comfort space" compare to all the challenges we had and will have in Jakarta as we truly believe that we are called to do something good to our beloved city here.

This was our very first visit and we want to make it far more interesting yet inspiring by skipping the tourist traps and explore it like a local. Maybe this is like our own version of Japan trip 1.0 travel adventure, believing there will be our next visit for sure, hopefully, a regular one. Amen to that.

Anyway, I don't think I would ramble on since many of us might often hear and read about it. By putting together this following visual diary of our two weeks in Japan on last April, sums up how it has been a remarkable first visit for us.
